3. Your Content & Ownership

a. Ownership

• You retain full ownership of any images you upload and any generated results created for you.
• StyleMyCrown does not claim ownership over user content.

b. Limited License to Process

By uploading images, you grant StyleMyCrown a limited, temporary license to process your images only to provide the requested service.

This license:

• Is non-exclusive
• Is not transferable
• Ends once processing is complete and data is deleted

User images are not used to train AI models.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StyleMyCrown to:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use
• Impersonate or misrepresent others
• Create harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Exploit, mock, or misuse cultural styles or identities
• Attempt to bypass safeguards or misuse the service

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Identity & Representation

StyleMyCrown is designed to respect identity and representation.

We do not intentionally:

• Alter skin tone
• Change facial features
• Modify hair texture
• Remove cultural or religious markers

Styling changes are always user-initiated and reversible.

6. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are disclosed within the app.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Availability & Modifications

• We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvements.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
