1a. Face Data and Facial Images

When you use the StyleMyCrown hairstyle transformation feature, you may voluntarily upload a photograph. These photographs may contain your facial image. This constitutes face data under applicable privacy laws and regulations including the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

Specifically, regarding face data:

• •We collect user-submitted portrait photographs voluntarily uploaded by you for the sole purpose of generating AI-powered virtual hairstyle transformations.
• •The app does NOT collect biometric identifiers, facial geometry, facial landmarks, facial maps, or any biometric data derived from your face.
• •The app does NOT use Apple's Face ID, TrueDepth camera APIs, or ARKit face tracking.
• •The app does NOT use facial recognition technology of any kind.
• •Photo upload is always a voluntary, active user action. We never access your camera or photo library without your explicit initiation.

All planned uses of face data are strictly limited to:

• •Transmitting your photo to our private custom model to generate a virtual hairstyle transformation preview.
• •Returning the transformed result image to you within the app.
• •Temporarily caching the result on-device for display during your active session.

Your face data and photos are explicitly NOT used for:

• •Advertising or targeted marketing
• •User profiling or behavioral analysis
• •Identity verification or authentication
• •Facial recognition or biometric identification
• •Training, improving, or fine-tuning any AI or machine learning model
• •Sale, rent, or transfer to any third party beyond the processor described in Section 1b
• •Any purpose beyond generating the hairstyle preview you requested

1c. Face Data Retention

StyleMyCrown does not permanently store your uploaded photographs on our servers. The following retention schedule applies:

• •Your uploaded photo is transmitted to our private custom model and is NOT stored on StyleMyCrown's servers beyond the duration of the API call.
• •Upon completion of the AI processing response (typically within seconds), the original uploaded photo is automatically deleted from transit.
• •Our private custom model does not retain submitted images after processing is complete.
• •The generated transformation result image may be temporarily cached on-device during your active session.
• •If you choose to save a generated result, it is stored locally on your device only, under your full control.
• •You may delete any saved results at any time from within the app.
• •StyleMyCrown does not maintain a server-side archive of user photos or generated results.

1d. Account Information

If you create an account, we may collect:

• •Email address
• •Login and authentication credentials
• •Account creation date and timestamp
• •Subscription status (managed via RevenueCat)

We collect only what is necessary to provide and maintain access to the service.

1e. Subscription and Purchase Data

StyleMyCrown uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you make a purchase:

• •RevenueCat receives transaction data from Apple's App Store to verify and manage your subscription.
• •RevenueCat notifies StyleMyCrown of your subscription status (active, canceled, expired) via secure webhook.
• •We do not collect or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Apple.

1f. Limited Technical and Usage Data

We may collect minimal, non-identifying technical data including:

• •App performance metrics and error logs
• •Device type and operating system version (non-identifying)
• •App version and crash reports

This information is used solely to maintain app reliability, security, and performance. It is not linked to your identity or photos.
